    2. To reduce issues of child growth in KEMAS Nurseries by 40% from the total number of children with problems.
    3. To process the intake of trainees to the KEMAS Skills Accredited Centres within 3 months from the closing date of application.
    4. 80% of LEADS participants can master 3M (Read, Write, Count) within 3 months.
    5. To ensure that bill payments are made within 14 days from the date of receipt (for complete documents).
    6. To ensure complaint receipts are notified to customers within 1 working day and status of action within 5 working days.
